There’s no hack for hard work. You gotta get out there and you gotta hustle. Now I’m not a believer in hustle culture, where like you have to have lots of hustles and you always hustling and that becomes your thing, but initially you gotta light a fire you need kindling and that’s what the hustle is for.

But our goal is to get out of hustle, to get out of having to sell our time, to get out of selling our hours and to be able to create excellence, to be able to create value and bring that to the world as our imprint, our signature of what we do and that that’s how you succeed.
